Brian Icenhower, Esq., BS, JD, CRB, CRS, ABR
Owner/Managing Broker
        
 

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brian first represented individuals and entities in hundreds of real estate transactions as a real estate broker in Visalia, CA before obtaining his law degree a practicing as a lawyer in the real estate law field in San Diego.  Although still a licensed attorney, Brian returned home to Visalia to again devote his attention to Icenhower Real Estate. Brian no longer practices law due to the increased success of the real estate firm. As evidence of this success, in 2008 Icenhower Real Estate became Tulare County´s first company to be awarded the Better Business Bureau of Central California´s Golden Torch Ethics Award of Excellence. This prestigious award is sparingly awarded to only two companies from the entire San Joaquin Valley each year and is based upon consumer reporting, community service and company reputation.  Brian has also been honored by the United States Local Business Association (USLBA) as a member of the USLBA's Best Real Estate Brokers of 2008.


Mr. Icenhower currently serves as a Director for the Tulare County Association of Realtors (TCAOR) Board of Directors, as Secretary/Treasurer on TCAOR´s Executive Committee and as Chairman of the TCAOR Legislative & Government Relations Committee. Brian is also a California Association of Realtors (CAR) State Director, the CAR Region 12 Proffessional Standards Committee Representative, a member of the CAR Political Affairs Committee, and a CAR Legislative Liason. 

Additionally, Brian is an adjunct professor on the faculty pool for The College of Sequoias where he teaches real estate law, while also performing guest lectures on a variety of real estate topics for the college and entities such as Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, A. I. G., Sun-America and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Icenhower also regularly serves as a real estate litigation expert witness and as a prosecution consultant for district attorney real estate fruad units.  Brian is a frequently published real estate, economics and legal author, and currently serves on the City of Visalia General Plan Review Committee and the City of Visalia Sub-Standard Housing Task Force. 
 

Mr. Icenhower volunteers his time by serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Tulare County Boys´ and Girls´ Clubs, as well as serving as Scretary of the Board of Directors for the Kaweah Delta Hospital Foundation..  Brian is also an active member of the Visalia Arts League where he refines his photography skills for further use in marketing property for sale.

C.B. Thompson, Broker-Associate

 

C.B. is a 2001 graduate from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduation, C.B. began working with a start-up cellular telephone base station amplifier technology company in the system integration group. He then went on to develop a website in the Los Angeles area for rental housing listings and obtained over 800 listings in just three months.

 

In 2003, C.B. married his college sweetheart. Since both of them are Visalia natives, they opted to return to Visalia to start a family. Upon returning to his native city, Mr. Thompson took a job with his family´s business, Gang-Nail Truss Company, serving on its executive committee, designing trusses, managing customer service, and implementing a quality control project. In his spare time from work and his new family, C.B. studied to become a real estate broker. Shortly thereafter, Cyril obtained his brokers license and practiced for several months before he began working with Icenhower Real Estate & Development, Inc. Now, C.B. implements his knowledge and experience in the construction, real estate and technology fields to assist clients with a wide array of real estate needs.
