Profile

Brian S. Icenhower has been active in the real estate and legal industries for 15 years.  He is a licensed real estate broker and attorney.  Mr. Icenhower is currently a practicing real estate broker, property manager, expert witness and author, while serving on the faculty pool as an instructor in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Practice at the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA.  

As the owner and managing broker of Icenhower Real Estate & Development, Inc., Brian Icenhower was awarded the Better Business Bureau of Central California´s 2008 Ethics Award of Excellence.  This was the first time that a company from Tulare County has received this prestigious award that is presented to only two companies from the entire San Joaquin Valley annually. Mr. Icenhower has also been honored by the United States Local Business Association as a member of the Best Real Estate Brokers of 2008.  Brian is also a Blue Ribbon Panelist for Fresno Magazine´s FIVE STAR "Best in Client Satisfaction in Real Estate" Awards.

Brian Icenhower has also performed guest lectures on a variety of real estate topics for entities such as the Tulare Chamber of Commerce, the College of the Sequoias, the Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, and investment firms such as A.I.G., Sun America, and Morgan Stanley.  Mr. Icenhower also currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Tulare County Association of Realtors and is a State Director for the California Association of Realtors.

Represented real estate developers before local government agencies in support of development projects, variances, lot-line adjustments, conditional-use permits, subdivision maps and annexations.

Represented lending institutions in the management, rehabilitation, marketing & sales of bank-owned property

Property Manager of over 500 residential units

Instructor in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Practice at the College of the Sequoias (2004-2007)

Prosecution consultant for Fresno & Tulare County District Attorney real estate fraud units
